Our mission is to help people to better physical and mental health by activating the core muscles – wherever they are located.

Through carefully developed training videos we guide user from level 1 to level 3, with adapted information and focus on gradual and safe strengthening of the core. By taking small steps, without pushing, you can release the body's full potential.

For long-term exhaustion you can try lowest dosed exercises on level 0.
