The app offers dynamic and adapted exercises that are specific for activating and strengthening the core muscles. On a general basis, we recommend 2 sessions of 20 minutes a week. You can choose the week's goal and set the desired number of minutes yourself.

The sessions are designed to be progressive, and the user gets systematic progression with increasing difficulty and load, which gives increased feeling of mastery and better results over time.
