The program is structured in four levels, where each level gradually increases in load, difficulty, and complexity. This approach allows the user to start at their own pace and develop in step with increased strength and confidence in training.
In cases of painful conditions and long-term exhaustion etc., the load at level 1 can be too much. Some people will, for various reasons and in different phases of life, benefit from low-dose exercises at level 0.
