Terms and Conditions

To use the Service you must be at least 16 years old, create a user account and provide necessary information correctly and completely.

At first login you must answer questions about activity level, health and goals, watch an introduction video that explains the concept and gives safety instructions, as well as confirm that you have understood the content and that training happens at your own risk.

You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential. You shall not share your account with others and must immediately notify us if you suspect that your login information is compromised or that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. You can read more about our processing of personal data in our privacy policy.

We offer various subscriptions with different content. When you buy a subscription, you get access for the chosen period. The subscription renews thereafter automatically for the same period, unless you cancel it before the renewal time.

In case of missing payment you will immediately lose access to the Service.

The prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK). We do our best to give accurate and updated information, but errors may occur.

We reserve the right to change the subscription prices. We will give you at least 14 days notice, and the price changes will only apply from the next renewal period. You have the opportunity to terminate the agreement before renewal if you do not accept the price change.

Price changes will be communicated via email to the contact information that was provided at purchase.

If the subscription is subscribed through an introduction offer or at a discounted price as part of a campaign or similar, we will adjust the price to the standard price when the campaign period is over.

As a consumer you have the right to use your right of withdrawal and withdraw from this agreement without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of conclusion of the agreement.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision at email address [email protected] or postal address Klipperveien 44, 4624 KRISTIANSAND S.

You can use the withdrawal form which is available here, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send a message that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline expires.

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the day we were informed that you wish to use the right of withdrawal. We will perform such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.

The subscription can be terminated at any time before it renews. You can terminate the subscription by managing the subscription on my pages or contacting us at [email protected].

The termination takes effect when the current subscription period expires. You therefore retain full access to the Service for the whole period you have already paid for.

If you have prepaid the subscription for a longer period and terminate it during the subscription period, you can however ask us to stop the subscription immediately against a refund for the remaining period. In case of such early termination the discount you have received for the period that has already run lapses. The refund is therefore calculated as if the subscription did not have a discount in the period where you have already used the Service, and you only get refunded excess amount.

You are given a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

You do not have the right to:

change, adapt, translate or otherwise process the Service

decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code or algorithms from the Service

copy, reproduce, duplicate or distribute any content from the Service

sell, rent out, license, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Service

remove, change or hide copyright information, trademarks or other proprietary rights in the Service

use the Service for illegal purposes or in a way that can damage, monitor or overload the Service

share login information or give others access to your account

In case of breach or suspicion of breach of these terms we reserve the right to terminate the subscription with immediate effect. In such cases we will send you a message via email. We can also refuse you to create a new subscription.

CoreCapacity owns all intellectual property rights to the Service, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademarks, design, source code, algorithms, video content, training programs and other content.

Use of the Service does not give you ownership, license or other rights to any intellectual property rights to the Service or the content in this, beyond the limited right of use described in these terms.

All trademarks, logos and other characteristics shown in the Service belong to CoreCapacity and cannot be used without prior written consent.

The Service provides training guidance, not medical advice. The Service cannot diagnose, treat or prevent disease. The Service gives no guarantees for results, but is a tool.

By using the Service you confirm that:

you are physically capable of training

you are not pregnant, injured or have symptoms/conditions implying that you should refrain from training or obtain advice from a doctor or other health personnel before you train

you follow advice on progression and technique

you listen to your own body and stop at pain

you are yourself responsible for how you use the content

CoreCapacity is not responsible for injuries, loss or consequences arising from:

incorrect use of the Service,

training that exceeds own capacity,

lack of compliance with technical and safety recommendations, or

inappropriate use.

We attempt to deliver the Service in a professional manner at all times. We can however not guarantee that the Service will always be available or free of errors.

From time to time we must perform updates and maintenance for security, technical or operational reasons. In these periods the Service can be completely or partially unavailable. We will as far as possible notify about planned maintenance in advance.

We give no guarantee that the information in the Service is accurate, complete or updated at all times.

The Service can contain links to third party websites. CoreCapacity disclaims all liability for content on or related to third party websites.

Complaints regarding errors, defects or delays in the Service shall be sent to us as soon as possible. CoreCapacity is only responsible for compensation that you as a consumer are entitled to according to the Norwegian Digital Services Act.

We reserve the right to change the Service and the content in this. Changes can occur among other things due to unforeseen events, loss or change of content rights, market development or product improvements.

If the changes affect you negatively to a significant degree, and you cannot keep the Service unchanged, you can terminate the agreement. We will send you a notice upon such changes, and you must notify that you wish to terminate the agreement within 30 days after receipt of notice of the changes or within 30 days after the change takes effect. You will in such a case receive a refund for the remaining part of your subscription, calculated from the date you terminated the agreement.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time at our sole discretion, for example due to legal requirements, agreements with third parties that are necessary to deliver the Service, or changes in the Service itself.

If the terms are changed significantly to your disadvantage, we will notify you at least 14 days before the changes take effect by sending updated terms via email. In such cases you can terminate your subscription. You must notify that you wish to terminate the subscription within 30 days after receipt of notice. You will in such a case receive a refund for the remaining part of your subscription, calculated from the date you terminated the agreement.

These terms are subject to Norwegian law. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, you can contact the Consumer Authority for mediation.
